Where is Jamie? Can't she verify if that is the song we heard???

Wow!! I bet you are on Cloud 9. Thanks SapphireSister for all the wonderful information. I would love to have seen Stevie rocking out to the new tunes!! And I'm stoked to hear she's touring solo after the Rod gig!!!

. I still am confused and wish we could just get this resolved. Please just know that if I am mistaken (which I'm not saying I am but it's possible) it was an honest mistake.

I can definitely see her taking LFTM and using it as a base for a new song. She has certainly done it in the past. I'm sure she used both old and new lyrics. I wonder if the Twilight song is the first song on the record?

Don't worry about it. The idea that you would try to mislead anyone is ridiculous. You reported what you remember and perceived and that's all you can do and it's very gracious of you to try, considering some of the responses you received.

Many of us attend the same concerts and see, hear, and remember different things from the show all of the time. One person misses something that another can describe in detail. And that's not even a bad thing. From the different recollections, we can often put the pieces together and get a fuller picture than what we could get from only one individual's perspective. I'm so happy that you took the time to share everything you recalled with us.

Exactly. I can only in my wildest dreams imagine what it would be like to be in the same room as Stevie with just a hundred people AND listening to brand new music!! That would put me in an altered state! So much to take in.

Hi, please do not crawl under the covers. I myself have not listened to that demo in a while and if I heard that melody, and excited to be that close to Stevie in that setting, I would have assumed the same thing. I am just so happy you got to experience this and thank you for your description of what happened. At least now we know the Moonlight song will probably kick ass and sound terrific right ? Very cool.

Yes, I was worried about this "twilight" song & my fears have been cooled considerably now. But the LFTM purists will be flaming that Stevie altered this precious demo. But I look at the way POTU was altered and became one of the favorite songs off TISL.

We're all just so excited and like any mega fan, we chomp at the bit for any information we can get. Don't worry about this whole LFTM/Vampire debacle. Whatever the actual story is, if it's a fantastic song, then I'm sure we'll love it.

One question though - Was the "Secret Love" that they played for everyone the same version that we got, at 3:15? Or was it the rumoured "longer version" that a few people have talked about?

Thank you for ALL that you shared today! It was your moment, your experience, your testimony, and everyone here is so excited that it probably felt like a cross examination at times. I don't think anyone doubts you and your amazing experience--it's just fan excitement. All said and done, I think you managed to pull out all sorts of things that anyone else under the exciting circumstances would have forgotten! Great job, and thank you again for so much detail!
