Partly agree - in the absence of "Silver Springs", I wholeheartedly agree. (I guess that should technically be a full agreement, but I just think of the 2004 remaster...)
While "Never Forget" is a great closer to Tusk, "Brown Eyes" could do the job just as well, if not better.

Agree. On many albums, especially ones with an epic feel, there needs to be something a bit slower and calming to close it off (for example, Dark Side of the Moon closes with a beating heart) or exciting and fun to go out with a bang (for example, Who's Next closes off with the awesomeness of Roger Daltrey screaming on Won't Get Fooled Again). Tusk is an album that needs something relaxing after all the weirdness, and Brown Eyes just does that, not to mention it's just a good song.

New statement: The old Rolling Stone cover from 1977 of all of 'em in bed could have been a lot better if we didn't have to see Mick without a shirt on and more of Lindsey without one.

Agreed! The one of Christine without a shirt still cracks me up. The way she's holding onto the sheet for dear life makes it look like someone's about to steal it!

I saw that pic. I also thought it was funny how Lindsey had the cover down to his waist (wish it was a bit lower...) and was shoving his foot in Mick's face, and how Stevie was trying to push John off the bed, and he was just oblivious.

Can someone post this picture. I think I've seen it before, but I'm not sure.
I really want to see it and it would be greatly appreciated!!!

And all the while you two were molesting Lindsey, John would continue to read his magazine still oblivious

As usual, John would be reading his Nat Geo, Mick and Chris would be laughing their heads off, and Stevie would probably be ready to kill.

And hey, we wouldn't be molesting him, we'd be just asking to see his junk.
