But if they are going to play the game, then they should use the appropriate products that go along with it. (like nair for intimate areas....)I did see a girl riding a bike the other day with pants *literally* half way down her rear. It was not attractive. Kelly ![]() |

Like, oh my Gawd! This whole thread has just given me a major flashback to highschool.
Every single one of the fine fashion trends mentioned above were part of my life. I was in high school from 1983-1987. Need I say more? The couple I didn't see mentioned.... neon shirts??? My favourite was my sort of pinkish-orange one, worn of course with a long, stright black skirt. And paisley!! I had the coolest paisley shirt - it literally hung nearly to my knees, and looked oh, so cool with a pair of stirrup pants or that same long, straight black skirt. And of course, my Madonna perm, parted on the side and covering one eye, and as many rubber black bracelets as I could physically get on my arms. Holy crap. ![]()

Well, Towie, you asked for it. Now a deal's a deal - bust out the Kenny G. pics!
Ah, the late 80's & early 90's. What a terrifying time for the world of fashion, hair & makeup. Gather 'round, kids, to be entertained, frightened, sickened all at the same time. Feel free to ridicule, that's what I'm here for! 1989. Please note the way-cool denim/animal print leather jacket, the perfect hair, blue eyeshadow, braces,Monsters of Rock Tshirt & Metallica ticket in hand. ![]() |

Exhibit B: 1991 Guns & Roses/Metallica show. At size 7, I thought I was fat. Note that despite the hair being pulled into a ponytail, the poof remains. Best friend's brother in the hot cutoffs.

OOhh! I just remembered the TIGHT ROLL!!! ROFL. Anyone remember that? It's where you fold the hem of your pants leg at the bottom over, and then roll it up 2 or 3 times so it's tight? Wow....HIDEOUS.
