I knew of the existence of the video but have never seen it.

Yep. In fact, I believe he was the one who brought her in and was her most frequent bedmate, to put it tactfully. lol

Wow! Lindsey had sex after Stevie? Who knew?

As I recall hearing this stuff back in the day, Mick was the one who tried to show Lindsey the ropes when it came to indulging in the rock n roll lifestyle, all while bedding his pal's beloved like everybody else in their world. Good friend that Mick.

Once again, I must ask: What did any woman see in Dennis Wilson?

Stevie wasn't famous either when they dated. Then, when she started gaining attention, Lindsey wasn't too happy about that and she eventually dumped him. I'm sure that put him off famous women for good.

I'm pretty sure she dated Governor Brown. Jack Nicholson used to be a pretty big coke head so it's possible the traveled in the same um...circles.

My sentiments exactly! I mean you'd want to be straight out for an AIDS test given his reputation.

I'd heard that he slept with Carol Ann at a party at Christine's house!!! In her bed!!!

I'd never heard that he'd slept with Stevie. Surely not.

We didn't think that was just an assumption. Maybe some of these men are lying about her? It's a possibility, but the information is out there in the public domain and has been for many years. Besides, nobody said LB was a martyr. He got his licks in when he wanted to. He just did it in a childish manner directed to her in person not via trashing her personally in the press or having affairs with all her women friends in her entourage or other female rock stars of the day. Nobody said he was a boy scout. We were simply commenting on what it must have been like for him to sit in the same room with her and help her with her songs while she was having relationships with people he could not avoid either. Is it any wonder why he became such a recluse? The only assumption I see is that he remained friends with a lot of these men she was with. I'm sure he couldn't avoid the entire music industry at some point. I know that's an overstatement, but I think you can see what we're getting at. She left him and I don't think there is any dispute he still loved her when that happened. He never wanted her to go.

I see a slight difference in him moving on to random nobodies for companionship or sex because his woman didn't want him anymore, and what she did in having known affairs with many men in his social circle and working environment. He also still had to see her all the time in working situations. I don't think I could have done what he did and lived to tell about it, except maybe from a cell at San Quenton awating execution or doing 30 years to life. Wisper murder in your ear.

I think it's surreal to scutinize someone's love life in this way. You (in general) make a list based on tabloids, interviews, rumours, and then think to know what went on, why it happened and what were the reactions to it? What's this a soap opera dynamic applied to real life and real people? Does anyone here really think to know the people they're talking about only because they've seen them many times in concerts or have read a billion interviews about them?

How does this make sense? She was getting attention from other men long before they were famous and this was part of what he was not happy about. Somehow that always gets turned into an issue of his being jealous of her fame or popularity with fans. He was off famous women for good because all famous women might dump him like Stevie? I'm lost on that.
