I third the Troubadour. It's my favorite venue over here. I saw Robin Guthrie there, so it brings back memories of some excellent guitar playing. More importantly, there's a lot more space and the upper level so you can still get a good view.

Sounds great to me ... dammit Soundstage was good.

I'm so thrilled for all of you who'll get to see him!! It's an impossibility for me, which stings like hell, but I really hope you have the time of your lives.

Btw, since you have a week off in October, you work at a school?
All you have to do is find a semi cheap flight over here....you can stay and eat at my house. If the shows are GA, they should be very reasonable.

Why do you think the shows will be GA? Won't there still be a ticket charge? I hope that he doesn't play friiggin casinos.

I am anxiously waiting to see what the track listing is.

It's sure injected some life into me! I'll post for the first time since...hell, I don't remember when!!

Great news! New music and a tour?!

Here's hoping for a couple of east coast shows. I've saved $$$, and I'll travel, but my daughter wants to see him too. Guess I'm a bad mom, but I will let her miss a couple of days of school to see Liddy with me. Hrmph, actually, sounds like I'm an excellent mom!

new album ... acoustic? I like that idea. More á lÃ* Shut Us Down, very nice.
You think maybe he's been reading these boards? Some of our "stop overproducing" requests? Mwah, I'll bet he'll even manage to overproduce acoustic songs

October. That gives me plenty of time to save money for a plane ticket. Not.

Hey! Lindsey! Psst... Paradiso? Vera???

Sorry, but if I don't say this, I'll explode.

NO Stevie.
NO GYOW.
NO Big Love acoustic.
NO Stones covers.
NO covers...period.
NO guitar army.

Just Lindsey, his guitar, a comfy chair and a spotlight. That's IT....PLEASE.

I'm so excited! Only LB with his guitar... could be nothing more than amazing!!!!

Yes Mari, we live in the wrong part of the world. But at least the album is coming!

I know the feeling. I'm still smarting from the last 3 years of Stevie/Fleetwod Mac. But it was worth every penny I had!

Well, there is sort of a precedent for that. Didnt Fleetwood Mac play 2 shows at some casino late in the tour in 2004 in California?

Lindsey with a new album? Touring? It's almost too good to be true!
