It's just stage or television make-up photographed under natural lighting.... looks like cr*p in real life, but on film, she looks years younger. Hate that stuff, but it really does make even young women look older when shot like that. (Concealer - yuk) This pic could have been taken after her recent Today Show spot...

It is incredibly blue and sunny here today. It smells like fall. There is a slight breeze. The trees are riotous colors. It's about 70 degrees.
