Yep. Yay, Brian!

I used to have this thing really bad...it still crops up...I would have songs in my head, or put songs in my head, and I couldn't stop saying them in all initials...
over and over...but with all different songs. I couldn't really think of them regularly, only in initials. Like, right now Fire Burning popped in my head. When this was going on, inside my head it would be sung like this: Tee Iiii Enn Efff Beee Jay Aay Eh-Esss Ceeeee...(TINFBJASC - There is no fiyah burnin just a sou-oul cryin').
anyway. as you can imagine, that got pretty annoying. In my head. My head still pops out initials for sentences at quite regular intervals. I can always translate anything into that really fast. (ICATAITRF)

I will put myself in the line of fire, but I don't get it. I want to understand, really I do.

So, what's all this racket about?

He does! OMG, that thing is hysterical!

And chances are that Walken will be my write-in candidate on the ballot in 2008.

It was a Saturday Night Live skit about Blue Oyster Cult that was absolutley hysterical. You need to see it!

oh. I hate when I'm not on the wavelength. I'll have to check it out.

I think Walken is hilarious...this is odd too cause I just thought about him when posting about Madonna; Walken is awesome in her Bad Girl video.

It is on Will Farrell's best of SNL, I think Volume 2. Oh man, I've got to bust that out and watch it again. It is a skit with BOC recording. Fallon is "playing" drums. Farrell is on cowbell and he is overweight with his stomach hanging out and playing the sh*t out of the cowbell. Yet, after every take Walken comes out saying he needs more cowbell!

Now I cannot listen to this song (Don't Fear the Reaper) without laughing. I just went to double check the song title and Amazon told me that if I like BOC's greatest hits then I should buy FM's too! Weird.

When isn't Walken awesome? That voice alone is the most recognizable thing to ever come out of Hollywood.

Heart OCD but off thread- I OCD off thread

I am not much of a "celebrity hunter"...but there are a few people I would LOVE to meet-
These people seem like they could just have a regular conversation with you, and I think that would just be so cool!!!

Have a cocktail, maybe some dinner and just you know, chat, laugh and just get to meet them, on a one to one basis- no publicity no cameras, just two people talking
Like:
Christopher Walken is SO on the list! and...
Robert DiNiro
David Baldacci
Eric Clapton
Pete Townsend
Bill Clinton
( I just realized they are all men..oh well)
and of course it goes without saying,
but I shall say it anyway, La Nicks

My one moment of fame-I did meet Stephen King (years and years ago..had a few Michelob's and Marlboro's together,...interesting guy)
but I want MORE
the ever needy``

I'm so glad it's called OCD now - I always hated being called anal...

I used to work for a bank and the manager had this thing about making sure all the chairs were pushed in up to the desk when customers were not using them. 20 years later and I still feel the urge to push them in when I go in to a bank.

My CD's, like most who have posted, have to be in alphabetical order. I also hate it when the title on the end of the CD (or record album) doesn't face the same way as the others (especially when it was designed that way).

The paper towel and toilet paper roll has to have the flap over the top rather than underneath.

okay, maybe I am anal

Terry

lol, I'm the same way. I also have to separate my M&Ms by color, and I only eat them by twos.

I LOVE the cowbell episode!! Jimmy fallon starts cracking up and he gets me laughing cuz he can't hold it in *L*

neway-back on subject..

I used to work in retail and now when i go in a store I start "spacing" the hangers on a rod. Don't do it at home...but at stores*L*

also, if i can't think of a song, or movie, or actor-anything...it will BUG me until I figure it out. I will not let it go. I'll call someone if I have to.

a friend of mine and I were talking about finding nemo. well, at the end of the movie they were talking about a gates glidden (a root canal rotary instrument). well, I work in the dental field so I SHOULD have known this and we could NOT think of it..it took 3 phone calls, but we finally figured it out..hahah..
