For exercise I do Windsor Pilates 5 times a week, and I also run. Running is great stress relief for me (it's better then shooting random people I guess). Diet wise, I actually have to eat more to keep my metabolisim up. I can go all day and not want anything.

On a side note-

I was really sick for several weeks in March, and lost alot of weight. I'm 5'7 and got down to about 105 pounds. I put on about 5 pounds when I got better, but my doctor wants me to put on more.

tomorrow, So hopefully "Doogie Howser" can give me some answers about my chest pain...And how a person can break their toe in their sleep

Woke up this morning and my large toe on my left foot is broke, And turned to the left somewhat (I cannot flex it at all and a large bruise is growing more dark by the minute)...

Dont remember kicking anything (or anyone for that matter) in my sleep, So who knows (I do suffer brittle bone disease, But c'mon...How could I break my toe in my sleep???)

Man, When it rains it frikkin FLOODS if ya ask me...

That sucks! Have you ever been told that you have been sleep walking? Still, it is strange that you didn't wake up. An alien abduction perhaps? Sorry, feeble attempt at humor.

I hear ya. If I hadn't gone running yesterday after the HELL day I had at work, I'd prolly be in jail today.

Oh...and I'll switch weights with ya. I'm 5'2" and I'd love to weigh 105.

I think my Mother's spirit decided to pay me back for all the wise-cracks I made about her "ingrown tailnail" surgeries

...Wouldnt surprise me because weird **** has been happening since March 21st

Hey Mom, leave my frikkin' toes alone ok?

Besides, I doubt an alien would abduct me, Cause I have intelligence and they seem to enjoy the creme-the-creme of those whose IQ is about what my shoe size is

That does not sound like fun. I dropped my keyboard on my foot last week trying to move it and my big toe hasn't felt quite the same ever since. It swelled up a little but it never bruised and I could move it, though. I wore flops up until today (probably not the best thing since the strap hit right where my keyboard did) and now my calves and ankles are extremely sore from walking everywhere in flops. So it's back to tennishoes, much to my foot's dismay... Thankfully my keyboard still works and hasn't gone wiggy on me yet. I just got a gig bag for it and now I'm trying to haul it back and forth to rehearsals once or twice a week -- I swear, in the past week I've pulled muscles in my back and my legs that I didn't even know I had while I was trying to move it and it's not even that heavy. I gotta start working out just so I can move my own equipment and not be such a wimp.

After finals I'm going to start walking a lot more, bringing out all the cheerleading conditioning exercises I used to do, and inviting friends over to swim as much as I can. If my gym membership works over the summer (since the gym is on campus students get free membership) I might make it a habit to just head that way after work, but I don't know -- since I'm not taking classes this summer, that might not be the case.
