I guess they are really expanding. If I'm not mistaken, they started in the San Francisco area (or maybe southern california) and about 10 years ago there were only a few in the state.

Don't know if it's the same everywhere, but the employees are always really nice and seem to like working there. I hear they are a good employer.

Ok Carrie...I had a chicken emergency recently. I had all the fixins' for ONE more burrito...minus the chicken...so I went to the grocery store with the intent of buying some ready-made chicken of some sort - something I wouldn't have to cook for 50 minutes.

I found nothing -so I bought some fake chicken things.

I don't know how ya do it Those things test my gag reflex like nothing else. Ok I'm not being fair -the first two or three bites were ok, I thought I could do it - then they turned on me

SO yeah...still not a fan of the fake chicken...

I make one mean chicken/avocado/low-fat green chile sauce burrito though....and that is what I had for dinner tonight...and for dessert - a pear.

doesn't your groc. store have those tyson pre-cooked strips or whatever? those work for me in a pinch. that chicken/avocado/chile sauce thing sounds amazing. yum.
