It would be nice if Stevie will just sing the complete IYD cd on the setlist and dump the classics. That wont work do to the Rod fans would not go for it .They probably will do Leather and Lace together unless Steve comes with them.

The funny thing is his fans seemed to ignore her and seemed totally unimpressed, so she could do all her IYD songs and they probably wouldn't care less anyways.

Agreed. I respect Rod's career, but I'm not about to pay a cent to see him live. If she has to tour with somebody, I could understand if she chose Tom - she's obviously happiest performing with him, and he gives her performances an energy that she lacks with Fleetwood Mac in the 2000s. My first choice for a touring companion for her is still Chris Isaak. They're great onstage together.
With Rod she just seems stiff onstage to me. Granted, she's also stiff with Lindsey, but at least that stiffness has a back-story.

how long was Stevies set on last years shows? wasn't it a shorter set?
I didn't get to see her with Rod last year, i went to the Cincy show that was after her shows with him.
Im considering getting cheap seats for Cleveland just to go and check it out. then if its worth it, getting good seats for Pittsburgh the next Saturday.

Yes, it was a shorter set and she liked doing the shorter. The responsibility was more Rod's. I think out of all the things she did last year, she made the most from this. Pretty smart on her part.

I thought she did less the 11 tunes.Maybe rod would be nice enought to lop some tunes off his set list to give her more time.I doubt it.His fans would probably come un-glued over that.

I wonder how much of this is a push/suggestion via management? Hummm....

I went to the Hollywood Bowl shows last year & they were awesome. But they were a double bill; there is talk of this time, she is his opener?? WTF? Awesome. Not only is she so far beneath her, I can't wait to pay $ 150 for 7 or so songs

Ugh! Not happy about this tour BUT Rod said they are bringing the show to "new" cities. Please let that mean Providence! If they play The Dunkin Donuts Center I will go.

The whole "opener" thing was alluded to last time around, as well. Stevie even said she was happy to open for someone like Rod because is huge and was a big influence or something etc.

If Stevie announces any other solo dates in the upcoming year than I'm not gonna bother with H&S, I don't think.

I would not take a chance to op-out on one show of this upcoming tour.We dont know if she will do any other touring until last minute like she does.
