Where do you get them? Are they just in regular stores where you buy CD's, and I've missed them? Are they expensive?

Harder to find that regular CD unless your in a big city. If I can't find them local at Borders Books or Barnes and Noble I'll pick them up online. You can search for DVD-A or DVD Audio and the name of the disc. There is more online than in stores. I've bought a few at http://www.towerrecords.com/music/default.aspx
I use to live in Richmond, Virginia and could always count on them to have what I wanted. However, they don't have a store local in Virginia Beach. FYE.com has them sometimes.

By the way, Ignore that person in the antiquated curtain below or above this post.
