What about vegemite? My Australian friend always talks about it as a national pride. Please express your thoughts on this most important subject.

Yeah...nationality would be your country of origin, right? I think, thread starter, that you meant ethnicity, right?

My family is so mixed that nothing really matters. There's no one culture with which we identify. We've got English, French, Spanish, Native American, and African American. We probably have others as well that we don't know about. I could've come out looking very interesting based on all of that but unfortunately I'm just pasty white.

Customs? Well, down here in hickville, we like to eat bull testicles and ride two wheelers down the streets rather than cars. Also, we have a cow in the "yard" behind our trailer that we decorate with Christmas lights year round. Unfortunately we might have to change that, though, because some bitch who lives in our park called animal control. Apparently you're not supposed to have something electrical on animals like that, for whatever stupid reason.

Sorry, I just had to get silly with that. Carry on. Everything up until that last paragraph was actually serious.

Well my Dad is Italian. So I guess that would make me half Italian. The rest is Irish, German and Polish.

Mostly German ; about 1/4 English. Also a distant relative of Seth Thomas. And I'm sure we all know who Seth Thomas was (tick tock tick tock)?

Ummm...well, er, my mother can make Spanish rice. Too bad it tastes like ass. She's never met a Goya product that she didn't want to throw into that awful concoction.

Ha, I love Spanish rice. Maybe your mom just doesn't know how to "really" make it? My mom's is very good. Does she put like, corn and stuff into it? Now that's gross.
