Most embarrassing FM confessions - Page 5

Well, I think walking around Downtown Washington D.C. carrying a sign that says, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIDDY!" wearing a tiara (that also says Happy Birthday) pretty much takes the taco as does Mick Fleetwood pointing you and your two partially in the bag friends out on stage only to have the whole of the MCI Center turn and look at you. Not to mention, whilst walking around with said tiara on head, people telling you "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" At first I felt compelled to explain it wasn't my birthday...it was Lindsey's but after about 20 Happy Birthday's from random strangers, I just began to say "thanks."

Hmmm... I made a shirt for Stevie's birthday that said "Happy Birthday Stevie!" on it and I wore it to school. First off, people had no idea who she was and second, I had a girl ask me if HE went to our school.

I gave a speech on Stevie, and I brought my tambourine in for a prop. I figured, what the hell, and carried it around the whole day! People thought I was insane.

Love it. I missed parts of songs, too, because of my fight with stupid Tusk guy. THe thing is, I wasn't even saying anything, and he kept trying to argue with me.

I mean, I wouldn't even answer, and he'd keep talking. Finally I *yelled* STFU!!! I'M TRYING TO LISTEN TO THE F***** MUSIC!!!

Then at another one, these people were all crowding me at the front, and they wouldn't stop talking, either. One time, they were all "I LOVE THIS SONG SOOOO MUCH!!!" And then proceeded to talk the whole way through the song, and every other song, too.

Not only that for a while every mad person mumbling away on train would decide to come and talk to me. I had one guy who thought he was Jesus ("if you don't believe me ask them down Kentish Town police station, they know me" he said), another asking me for advice because he was hearing voices in his hair, another walking around with an empty cat carrier trying to persuade me it was an alien and then there was a scary woman who followed me from Brixton station shouting giberish at me.
Luckily I seem to have come through that phase unscathed!
