I know. But most all said or hinted in their speeches... so glad to be having this necessary debate blah blah blah, but by the way I will vote to certify

Both houses have to vote whether to sustain the objection raised by Rep. Tubbs-Jones and Senator Boxer, or dismiss it (in effect voting to certify the EV).
