Dr. Pepper is better than Pepsi, but I've never tasted Mr. Pibb. It sounds like a euphemism for when you potty train a son.

Currently, though, I'm on Diet Mt. Dew. I'm on a diet (25 lbs and counting!), but I need a caffeine kick every morning and I don't drink coffee. I drink tea, but I have to be in the mood for it. It's probably safe to say I'm addicted to Diet Mt. Dew right now....

I think the problem with too much water is if you're exercizing & you don't have enough sodium because of all the water consumption.

Diet MD isn't bad. Tastes pretty much like regular, just weaker, if that makes sense.

I'm on LA Weight Loss...great diet, even tho I've hit a plateau. Only 30 more to go! I do drink a lot of water, after my morning MD. Like Hayley said, though, it makes you pee a LOT. I envy her, though, going only every 30 minutes! For me it can be every 10! And some days when the stress incontinence kicks in, I'm like that commerical, "gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now!" Getting old sucks!

to drink more water than soda (Though I still love the occassional A&W Root Beer) since my illness. My primary doctor told me "The rise in cancer of the throat & esophagus is now being linked to the acid content of soda's, I recommend that you cut back on the amount of soda you drink".

Since I have started to drink water more so than soda I have dropped over 10 lbs. and my energy has stated to return (Even though I am currently ill I feel better than I did a year ago..."Isn't that weird?")

me, too - I have a problem in that, in my life, "chips" IS an actual food group, and of course french fries are in the chip group.

Cool...I sit corrected.

I hear that the only place that still bottles the original Dr. Pepper formula is the original bottling factory. The rest of the country gets the 1988 updated/changed formula. No wonder my "10-2-4" thing is all screwed up.
