WB emails saying cd has shipped - Page 4

I just checked the status of my order and it now says shipped, but I have never gotten email saying it has been shipped.

Can you tell me, how are you guys checking the status of your orders? I went to the Warner Brother's music store website and under "Order Status" is either by calling or emailing. Is there a way you can go to actual website with your order number and find out the status?

go to your confirmation email and look for Click here to view your order details.

me too - the status says 'shipped' but I have not received an email...

Okay I went under click here and Where are you seeing shipped?..Mine says shipping method... Standard...I'm pissed if i don't get it by tomorrow..I pre-ordered both copies from them... regular and deluxe..If I have to go buy it tomorrow..I'll be mad....I shouldn't have to wait till after the release date!

I am having the same problem, all mine says is "standard" shipping too, I guess I am suppose to take it that it hasn't shipped? Either that or I am still not looking in the right place. I guess I can always call customer service.

my problem is that i don't remember my order no. i emailed them acouple of times and no response i even emailed then my mailing address and no response yet.

When you go to your confirmation email, click where it says "Click Here" to view order details. Then you should get a screen like the one shown here... it will say "Shipped" or "In Process". My card had phantom charges every month on the 3rd-7th but they would drop off after that, so I'm assuming it will come thru again tomorrow on the 3rd, but this time it will actually stick & the money will come out.

From what I understand, yes it is. And the itunes version only differs because it includes the videos for SL & CTF.

Thanks for posting the screen cap. Both of my WB orders say shipped - had I been looking in the right place for that info earlier, I might have noticed it before today. The antici.....(say it!)...pation is killing me - "but I am stronger than you knoooooow."
