Enchanted Vault: "A" Songs

What the Hell does "artsy demo" mean?

[JimSATX]

I swear I can remember seeing the title "Arabesque" on some old demo lists a long time ago, But I've never heard of anyone who's actually heard the song. Does anyone know if this actually exists? I only thought of it because I read somewhere that the old movie with Sophia Loren is coming out on DVD this week. If it's a real track, I'm guessing Stevie based it on this movie?

It's the one where she says she's getting so artsy fartsy with her vocal.
