I always wanted to see New Zealand. Use to have a pen-pal as a youngster with a girl from New Zealand way back when. Do they even have pen-pals anymore?

I'm from the seaside - I have the best of all worlds because I frequently go home for weekends

When I take people home from London they never want to go back to the horrible old city

They use to offer them in grade school if anyone one was interested. I had about 15 from all over. They all slowly drifted away. It was kinda cool to get mail from all over the world. (stamps and things). This was decades before the internet. (Way before Buckingham-Nicks). Yes, pre- US bicenntennial, ... I feel old...

Totally. I live in a horrible old city, and I never want to come back after I leave. Actually, my city is kind of cute, and it's a small city, but it's still comparatively gross and irritating. For instance, right now I can hear sirens...

Sirens are just never good. Rest assured that I can find you a place in a little cottage by the sea any time if you want one, even if it's a bit far from home. You might have to share it with me though

JK - England is awesome. It's cold here in the summer, too. About 72, average (farenheit). But then you just drive for a half hour away from the coast and it's blazing hot.
What about non seaside in the summer in England? Is it cold everywhere?
