yeah, I'm supposed to do something with Chi Chi in the fall, possibly in New Orleans, don't know many details yet though. I'm gonna do NOTS again next year if they'll have me and I can afford it.

off topic: does anyone know how to transfer footage from a Hitachi camcorder (uses mini DVD-R) to an iMac? I've got a data cable but it doesn't do anything when I plug them in. this is such a pain. I wish I had known my camera took video as well.

someone asked me about my "big news" I alluded to earlier and since NOTS is over I guess I can tell you...I had an invitation to be on Sirius satellite radio...the deets were being worked out and it ended up that we couldn't do it b/c of a scheduling conflict...oh well.

have fun with it...I'm anxious to see what you will do with it. lol.

I was total nerves Friday morning. once I got backstage I was fine...no nerves on stage...that's normally how I am...nervous to the 10th degree the day of, but fine once the moment arrives.

I also met and liked the woman you are in the photo with who did LONG WAY TO GO. We had a ciggy outside. Love your "Deets" ..I'm stealing it! LOL!
I was SHOCKED many performers I saw took the mic off the stand..I was like..AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION!!!!! HAHAHA!

my friend Teri/Gypsy Wild was amazing...she did Long Way To Go

there were some mic problems...somehow it got turned the wrong way and was very close to falling so I think that's why some took it off the stand. maybe, I'm not sure.

other standouts...probably Charlene Coran and Amber Garbo. I wasn't able to see many of the performers.
