Default What city has the best Subway system?

This may seem like a weird thead to start but what the hell. I've had a chance to travel some and I always like using public transportation wherever possible. My personal favorites:

Boston, by far the cleanest Stations and Subway cars.

Washington D.C, I liked that one because the motel I stay at whenever I'm tehre is 5 min from a station, and it only takes 15 minutes to get right downtown.

Atlanta: I loved this one again because I stayed out in Decatur for Fleetwood Mac in '03 and I ws able to get a bus right out in front of the motel and took that to a Marta station which dropped me off right at Philips Arena.

One I've never had a chance to ride is the BART. That's one I've heard alot of good things about.
