oh yeah a very special gift basket would be great....and even though Stevie has her own assistant ,thats ok..most of the bands do.have their own.but I have been assigned that job before..you basically assist their assistant and make sure dressing rooms are stocked always and are the go fer...although so far the only one I got to assist was Julio Igeglas(sp)...although I did get to go into the Stones one to help take it all apart.whoppeee...

I will also add that if any money was put into a savings account, if say $50,000 was raised, we could accrue interest of approx $3000 in just one year.... so that could go towards the special stevie basketcase... hehe

I'll need that phone number too . I should count also the plane ticket but for a special concert like that I would be there.

Nice. I'm really hoping that co. takes the request seriously. I mean, she played a Bat Mitzvah!

So many of us would. The amount of money we will shell out to see her is crazy! So I think this is doable if she and her management will agree to it. I know she kind of keeps her distance from fans though so we'll see.

That makes much more sense. Thank ye!

It'd be so cool if you guys could do this ... not that I'd be able to go ... but it'd be something cool anyway!!

It would be especially cool if Stevie agreed to do the private show, but that all the money we raise goes to one of her charities like AHI or Walter Reed.

If it were for a charity it might even be more appealing to Stevie.

That's what I was kind of thinking, maybe she'd be more responsive to that than the fact that a bunch of her most obsessed fans coughed up cash to hire her for a private show.

And I'd feel better spending 1 or 2K that went to charity.

Right, as would we all. City of Hope was/is another charity she donates to.

She does these corporate (private) shows for the money. It is a nice chunk of change for one nights work. Stevie Nicks is 'for sale'. Price tag: $150,000 for 1 1/2 hours....and that doesn't mean she is gonna hang out and mingle with the party go-ers.

Charity? Nah, don't think so. That is why she has AZ benefits. I don't think she would want a bunch of her fans organizing a show for charity for her. That would be too disorganized. (A lot of work goes into preparing these charity gigs).

Cough up the $150,000 and she'll show up.

If we actually did this, I think itwould HAVE to include a question session and picture/autograph time for EVERYONE who contributes. I would give up time of performing songs to get this in. I doubt she will want to do more than acouple of hours anyway. A friend of mine does this sort of thing for a living. And many of the "stars" are much more receptive to do meet/greets than performing. (Very pricey and time consuming to perform) How about if we skip the singing and have her give a little "story session" along with the above. Would be way cheaper and less expensive. Also a more private venue could be used, if a minimal perfornance was wanted ?acoustic only? Imagine Stevie doing songs with just a guitar or piano? Unplugged - only so much better.

Just a thought. I just think a performance would be $$$$$$$$ expensive $$$$. I say go meet and greet with autographs and questions.

Either way it is $150,000 for 1 hour 30 minutes.

I think people would be more receptive to hearing her play a very small intimate concert of 150 people for 1 hour 30 minutes

versus

no concert but doing a 90 minute meet and greet with 150 people which equates to each person spending 36 SECONDS with her for $1000.00.

You don't get both. It is considered a corporate gig. 90 minutes. Period. Wanna add another 90 minutes?? ...add another $100,000 onto the bill.
