Indeed it was. And being such a crazed fan, I kept trying to call the Pavilion until about 8 pm that night wondering if the show was still on.

I'm crazier. I actually still drove there after the quake! They didn't make the decision to cancel until like 7PM. Whoa what a night that was.

Did you notice the Shoreline concert was pretty empty? Most empty Stevie show I ever did see. It was sweet of her to donate as much as much of the concert proceeds as possible to quake relief.

You got late info. I called from Sacramento at around 6 & was told it was canceled. Saved me a long trip to Concord.

That amphitheater didn't look all that empty to me. I remember Stevie came out kinda late. They kept that photo of her face in the tourbook on the diamond vision until she showed up. I also remember some guy came out onstage before the concert started to collect money for Red Cross.

I don't remember the Shoreline being that empty, but I got there right when the lights when down for Stevie.

Didn't the Hooters open that night?

I agree, the poplar creek show is pretty good. Great quality and she definitely sounded good.

After digging through piles of boots, I dicovered that I have the Summit show in Houston, Texas.

I gave it a really good listen, and thought it was a pretty good show. Stevie sure did get emotional at the end, what with her prattle about Woodstock and such. No SPoken Word was great, it seemed like Stevie was really careful to get the words right....though Whole Lotta Trouble cracked me up. Has she ever performed this song and got the lyrics in the right order?

That guy singing on Two Kinds of love? Horrid. Totally, utterly horrid. His vocals are way too effected - I'm sure he's great with his own material, but I hope to never hear him singing with Stevie again. Just my opinion...

Robert Martin...keyboards, sax & vocals. He was in her band for the Rock A Little tour, as well. An ex-Frank Zappa band member. I don't really think its him...its just a bad song to begin with (as is the entire OSOTM album, except for "Rooms On Fire")...he did what he could with the material.

Oh, I have to disagree. I love that song. I think it's really pretty. I have a soft spot in my heart for TOSOTM. I'm a huge Alice in Wonderland fan so I loved the feel of the concert being like something from "Through The Looking Glass".

I attended her Mansfield show (no tour books yet!!! egh!). Got to see/hear Stevie perform Talk To Me and Juliet.

Even though it was early in the tour, she was already a zombie. Her band appeared to be overly splashy, perhaps to compensate for their lifeless leader. That concert left me empty.

I guess that was a step up from her Rock A Little concert I attended. That one left me frustrated and confused.
