Julia
Mistaken Love
She Loves Him Still
Watchdevil
Cathouse Blues

They're already written. Just re-record with some style and conviction, get HWWIII to take some photos and your golden.
And "Belle Fleur". How 'bout that one instead of "She Loves Him Still"? I finally listened to that demo...and I listened to it once. And then I deleted it. And I guess "My Heart" will have to be put on there for Christopher, on the condition that she does something to make it not so anticlimatic!

Throw in China Doll, and it'd be perfect.

China Doll would be awesome.... although at this point vocally, she could never match the demo version

Stevie, dump this clown and go on your own tour.
I always thought it to be quite ironic that the man who wrote Dirty Laundry did, in fact, air his dirty laundry by claiming Stevie aborted his child in a national publication. Talk about a hypocritical asshole.

Keep dreaming. Petty would never fleece his fans like Stevie does. He's got too much integrity and respect for his fans to ever go on a moneymaking journey like that. I will say, however, that it would be awesome.

I'd give a part of my body for a Dylan/Petty/Nicks tour. I'd only French kiss Saddam for a Petty/Nicks tour.

Eek. I wouldn't buy it. Maybe I'd buy it for Julia and Space Needle, but she can keep the rest locked away.

And less Streisand-esque.

I'd be VERY apprehensive to hear her sing "Julia" now... but then the contrast between the original and 'Dance' "Silver Springs" was pretty significant, too, and, yet, in many ways the latter outshone the original.
She also blew the 'Tusk' version of "Beautiful Child" out of the water with her 'SYW' tour performances... so it's definitely possible.

lol.. you are brutally honest.. although i do have to agree with you.. she couldn't do any of those songs justice anymore... it makes you wonder which ones she might attempt to dig out of the vault for the next CD

Hopefully someday Stevie will date and maintain a relationship with a real man. Youre only as good as your word. Don Henley & Co are only out for the money, that's clear. To back out now, after committing, is
only showing Don for what he is.
Now Stevie & Tom Petty-that would be one to see.

Joseph
