All the Same has been added. No spoken word - I wasn't sure what day you were going so I haven't added you yet. I assume Tuesday but I didn't want to put incorrect info up.

Good thing you're planning on sitting through the whole concert David, with all the people on your lap you won't be able to get up.

Default a thought

In my experience, I've had to search sometimes for weeks to get good seats. I remember when David Bowie came to Calgary, I was online the SECOND tickets went on sale and seriously crappy seats came up the first day all day. Then I looked over the next few weeks and crappy seats kept coming up. A few weeks before the show, a block opened up on the side within spitting distance from that beautiful man.

So, I say to all of you who are wanting tickets, give it time, grasshoppers. They will come. Patience. The other option is we can always try the scalper route. Always a little sketchy though. I would rather have tickets secured. It sucks though that the people who REALLY want to go sometimes get ****ty seats. Sally Housecoat could come along a few weeks before the show and go "Oh, Stevie Nicks is coming to Vegas? Who's he? I better check for tickets. I've heard he's good." And she could totally get like front row! LAME!!! We the poets, priests of nothing and legends should be getting the good seats!!!

What is up with no good seats being available on Saturday?.... I really want to go to the Saturday show, but want a good seat. Maybe more will show up on ticketmaster?

I know, it's totally lame! I've been regularly checking and they're ridiculously far away! I want to totally be able to smell NAG CHAMPRA from where I'm sitting! No chance if you're way back in row N! Crap!

List has been updated.

Good tickets always wait till the last minute and then we're all either asleep or fighting for the same pair. Hopefully ledgies will get the great seats when the mysteriously show up.

"Sally Housecoat" Bwahahahahahahahahaaaaa.

The whole ticket business is a racket. You gotta be "plugged in" to get good seats. You gotta work in the biz, or know someone. At least with Ticketbastard being online you can check a couple of times a day fairly easily and sometimes find decent seats closer to showtime, as you said. I got lucky and got a 5th rower for Wed but I'm still looking for Tues.

5th row! Well done! I've 4th row on the side which kinda sucks because I'm rammed up against the wall. But it would appear that up in the first few rows, it is very intimate. Hardly any seats up there. Has anyone seen Deline Cion there? I'm incapable of calling her Celine. Not that I would encourage seeing Deline Cion, but just curious if anyone knows what it will be like in there.

Oh, and I can't claim Sally Housecoat as my own. Mr. Burnes said it on the Simpsons.

No, but a friend of mine at work has. She said there is literally not a bad seat in the place. She was actually a little upset that they had paid for the more expensive seats, since any seat is good.

I believe that the audience is on a pretty steep incline, like steps. I also read somewhere that the Colisseum is designed so that nobody is more than 120 feet away from the stage.

I think it would almost be fun to sit in the mezzanine one night to get an arial view of the stage. You'd still be fairly close but would see the whole thing from a theatrical standpoint. So, one night I will have my third row ticket from the stage and one night I'm going to be way up high observing the show from way up in the sky. Two very different view points will make for two very different experiences... and the mezzanine seats are less expensive to boot!

Interesting perspective. I might have to "reconsider" my approach to this whole thing too. Third row! I wanna break your shins! Wellllllllll, I'm not that much further back from you, but still, I wanna break your shins!

That's very violent for one measley row. You're fourth. I don't imagine there is a world of difference between third and fourth.

It is an interesting idea to sit higher on a different night. I've been planning on waiting till I'm in vegas to pick up tickets for nights other than Tuesday but I hadn't ever considered trying for seats that weren't in the first few rows.
