I think she works out and exercises - I just think she has had work done as well - and again, I do not fault her for that.

I don't either. I fault her for passing herself off as natural to her loyal female fans when it's obvious she isn't.

True - but maybe she has not had any

It is possible - though I think she looks like she has - but I think she has had her face done, which is diff. than lippo. Has she denied having any lippo, etc?

OPRAH WINFREY has hit back at tabloid claims she has had cosmetic surgery, insisting she would announce any such procedures on her TV show - and maybe even film it.

A report in this week's (beg15SEP03) American tabloid GLOBE alleges Oprah had liposuction, a breast lift and even a chin implant - undergoing seven hours of cosmetic surgery to look younger and more relaxed.

But the TV star kicked off the 18th season of her hit daytime show yesterday (15SEP03) and blasted the rumours.

She said, "According to this I've had a breast lift and liposuction and a chin implant. Why would I want that? It's not true. But, hey, I must be looking pretty good.

"I will be the first to tell you if I have plastic surgery."

Oprah's new body not from plastic surgery

Oprah Winfrey's best friend and the editor of O magazine, Gayle King, says the talk show host's new svelte body is not a product of plastic surgery.

Winfrey's slimness has convinced many of her fans she's undergone plastic surgery, but King said the body Winfrey shows off on the current cover O magazine was achieved naturally, reported the World Entertainment News Network Monday.

It never occurred to me that people would not know that this is Oprah, King said. Those are her actual abs, her waist, those are her legs. People have actually asked me, 'Gayle, tell the truth, she's had surgery, right?' I go, 'Absolutely not!'

After years of dieting and regaining weight, Winfrey decided when she reached age 50 to take control of her health, according to King.

She reached a point where her weight was so much that she started having heart palpitations. It really clicked for her when she turned 50, she said. She turned 50 and she decided, 'I'm gonna be healthy.'

It's not possible, come on. She's been yo-yo'ing for YEARS, surely you don't think she could achieve that ripped bod without a tummy tuck at the very least. She's 50 years of age. I might have bought it 20 years ago, but not now.

I am unsure. I think it is possible to get rid of the excess skin naturally. Plus, while she may not have had actual surgery, she can afford those $200 an ounce cremes the stars use to hide the stretch marks, etc. In the end, who knows

There is no possible way to get rid of excess skin naturally. None whatsoever. No chef or trainer can get rid of your excess skin, especially at that stage in your life. After yo-yo'ing and stretching your skin for so long, it's impossible. If you're still growing or are in your twenties, yeah, your skin will stretch back somewhat, but not on Oprah. No bloody way.

I would like you to prove me wrong, though, so that if I ever blow up I'll have a solution.

Diet and exercise can reduce it significantly. I have seen it with my own two eyes
