You could go for the cheaper route.... Get a big jar, fill it 1/3 full of water and add all your cigarette butts and ash to it... Mix it up and put the lid on... Let it mature a bit then when you get the urge to smoke, open it and take a deep breath.. It will put you right off it..

siiiiiiiiccccck!!!!!!! you think that would work? when i first started reading, i thought you were gonna end with..."then DRINK IT!" seriously, if i could find some way to have my throat in searing pain for like, two weeks, that would totally work.

Same here, I am a huge fan of food. Yesterday I went to my Mom's side and I brought a spinach & artichoke dip in a bread bowl. The bread was Tuscan from here in the North End. It was so good, I want some now! For dinner we had ham and these savory potatoes au gratin (slurp).

Or do your own aversion therapy. Make yourself smoke a whole pack in succession, one after the other. If that doesn't do it, smoke another one. You'll quit when you're ready. It is really hard, I know!
