Honestly, I stopped drinking SODA about 15 years ago. Stuff was playing havoc with my body. I may have one bottle a year now.
Now I stick to water, soy milk, my daily cuppa, coffee, and of course wine.

In order of preference:

Diet Cherry Coke
Diet Coke with Lime (I like the bite)
Diet Dr. Pepper
Diet Coke with Vanilla (a little too sweet, but I do like)
Diet Sprite
Diet Coke

I drink the caffeine free versions in the evenings. As I get older (!) caffeine keeps me awake if I have too much too late in the day.

Pepsi and Diet Pepsi taste flat to me. Yuck!

I like Coke or Diet Coke. However, I will drink Pepsi.

I despise Dr. Pepper/Mr. Pibb or any similar tasting cough syrups.

PEPSI! Only regular, no diet, no blue, no nothing...just plain Pepsi. Can't stand Coke, unless it's the only soda available.
Currently, though, I'm on Diet Mt. Dew. I'm on a diet (25 lbs and counting!), but I need a caffeine kick every morning and I don't drink coffee. I drink tea, but I have to be in the mood for it. It's probably safe to say I'm addicted to Diet Mt. Dew right now....

You and me both, Violet- 25 down myself!

I only drink water, and I can't even describe how much I can tell it's affected my health and my weight loss. I feel gross now after I drink soda, especially diet ones. Eek!

Thanks, Patsy. What little ass I had before has already disappeared from exercising (no longer a dirty word for me!).

I try to drink three liters of water a day. I have to pee every thirty minutes, but hey- it breaks up my day.

That's wonderful about your loss - not the ass part. I need to lose about 15 myself - although you really can't tell, strangely. You'd think that much extra weight would show up easily on someone who is 5'3". I'm still the same shape, I'm just a little bigger. guess cause i was muscley before. Keep it up, i'm very proud of you!!! You've inspired me...

Me too! On the peeing, not the ass disappearing It gets a little annoying when you can't go ANYWHERE without having to pee. I know where the bathrooms are at all the stores, the library, etc. etc. My husband says I drink too much water. I don't think that's really possible, although I have read some magazine articles that claim it is so. I drink tons of water, but I'm not able to give up my diet coke addiction!

Risster and her Sweeeet Teeea. lotio.

You're actually lucky you're not addicted to full-calorie sodas like I am; man I drink Mountain Dew like it's going out of style.

My dad's pharmacy has a fountain. You should be the soda jerk.
