Favorite sounds:

water lapping against a dock
waves crashing on the sand
the rush of a river or slow trickle of a creek or stream

I've got a water theme going here

Sounds I hate:

my Nextel going off: *chirp*
someone sniffing their nose loudly instead of blowing their nose
excessive coughing
my husband's alarm clock that he sets and then sleeps through and it beeps and beeps and beeps and beeps and I can hear it all over the house and it drives me crazy! Get up and turn the damn thing off!!!

The nose thing is gross, especially when you're in an otherwise quiet room.
I had a roommate in college who drove me nuts with his friggin' alarm!

And your turnpikes left you there
Long before casinoes came down
Do you remember you took your thong
Do you remember...your song..."

It was outdoors in TX. I needed them.
And I don't make fun of your concert mask, so lay off.

Okay, it was outdoors...you may have needed them OR you may have needed something to keep your ultra cool hair back

Over ten years ago I dated a girl who would eat yogurt every day & scape the back of her front teeth with the spoon. It drove me crazy. It was like something out of a Seinfeld episode.

Those least faves are up there.

Does your kid also sing The Ledge?

Right on, Greg. Woot.

Okay, for my list...

Favorites-

Certain voices (e.g; Bono, Debbie Harry, Christine McVie, Jeff Lynne (and what a coincidence, an ELO song just started playing on VH1 Classics), Lindsey Buckingham, etc)
The Hammond organ!
Cats purring
Rain
Thunder
Accoustic and electric guitar
Harmonica

Least favorites-

Anything related to children.
People swooning, cooing, aww-ing, laughing loudly and "OHMIGAW!"-ing over like, everything
My cat, Lola, who sounds like Bob Dylan (and I like Bob Dylan... it's just... when your cat sounds like him, it's just weird.)
My speaking voice (Pittsburgh accent, etc)
Dogs barking loudly

That's all I have right now.

So presumably you're not a fan of the studio version of Say You Will.
