I did not say I believed it would work. I said it may work. No one but time can tell if it will work and granted the odds are against it. But and again, please name another viable solution that will have long term results. i have not heard of one yet.

Well they tried to bury that and your good selves that suddenly they assembled these weapons from resources that they couldn't possibly have had anyway (due to sanctoins). I think it might be unconstitutional for a leader to lie to his people about the reasoning for going to war. Doesn't anybody give a **** that they outright lied?

I do. That's one of the reasons why I'm voting for Kerry.

Again, what was the alternative? Also, the facts to me suggest that with a little luck, over the next year or two control of Iraq will be in the hands of the Iraqi people. But, others see it differently and only time will tell. So, let's continue this in about a year and see what has happened, etc

Also, my point was that Hitler would have invaded it and killed anyone non-Aryan. We did not do that.

You're forgetting that we provided the means for him to commit that genocide in the first place. The Kurds don't consider Saddam to be one of their own people. Poppy Bush stood back and did nothing while Saddam did this because Saddam was fighting another one of our pesky middle east enemies at the time: Iran.

I said that earlier. AND - I think if H Bush had ignored the Saudi's in 12 years ago and taken SH out then, the world would have been a better place. So, all of this is his fault as well.

Again, let's contimue this in a year. One of us will be right. Or, maybe a third alternative will happen. But, as of now, we are arguing in circles both convinced we are correct

Please. We never did that and you know it. Albeit, we are not stopping the opium trade.

Again, what should we have done in Afganistan. i am all ears!!!!

Perhaps you think we just let Al-Q flourish there with no ramifications for 9/11? Interestingly, Bill O. said we should eradicte the opiom crops and pay for the lost money with American dollars

Yeah, let's see what happens in a year when Chalabi is siphoning the money of the Iraqi people into Swiss bank accounts.

Bill O. was the biggest pr*ck last night. He really has no idea what he's talking about.

Well, that is why someone has to be there to make sure that does not happen. Honestly, you are so dismal in your view of the world. I am not.
