The thing these people don't understand is boundaries. Now, I am all for sharing and being emotionally intimate, but there are just some things that should not be discussed between intimate partners.

But then again, I have never heard a guy NOT think he could be bigger.

No matter what I say, it doesn't seem to matter and I don't get that.

I think you should complete the Mac "brainwashing" system, so that way he will want to go with you to the concerts and then you can just sleep together. And please don't lump all guys into the same category. A "guy" thing isn't always true for everyone. Such a "girl" thing to think so....

I've tried the brainwashing. Apparently he's resistant.

And I did ask him why it bothered him so much, to whoever asked - he said "I don't know, I just think it's wrong."

Like I said, it's over now, he never freaked out about it or anything. I just have to resign myself to the fact that I can never sleep with a gay man again.

Not only would I be upset, that hubby got in a twist about it, but something I had been wanting to ask on a board was this.
For you ladies, ever been talking w/ someone (in particular, a male someone) tellin' them about all your Stevie travels, and they say to you, "Man, I can't believe your husband lets you go." WTF??????

Just because some males are stupid, and think the key to a good relationship is to keep the opposite sex barefoot and pregnant, does NOT mean that you need a man's permission to go to Stevie shows. Further more, I find it funny, cause men and women alike that aren't into all this, don't get the fact that, we (I) go to these shows to do just that. GO TO SHOWS! If I were talking about my dive bar exploits, yea, maybe I'd see the "hubby lets you go?" But Stevie or FM concerts? Puh-lease!

Some men, bless their hearts, just don't get things. And in the context of "sleeping w/ a gay man." You are both just there doing what you need to do to have gone or been to a Stevie show. Less moeny on hotel or hotel beds means more pink hoodies!

Give him 20 more years of male evolution, and he'll get over it. lol.
