Here's how to shrink files using MS Paint.

1. On Windows, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, Paint.
2. Open your file to shrink.
3. Click Image, Stretch/Skew, enter a percentage less than 100 in the Horizontal and Vertical text boxes in the Stretch section of the dialog box. 4. Click OK and save the file.

If you want a smaller file size but not a smaller image then you will need Photoshop or some other image editing software.

Oh Laura- you are so lovely! I'm sorry you're feeling camera shy lately. Actually, I kind of feel that way myself these days. For me, it's subtle aging changes that I'm not ready to accept, I guess. I'm still waiting for my mother-in-law to send me some recent pictures. Maybe I should just post an older one.
