OMG CAD... thank you!!!

I have major moments where bearded/fro Lindsey beckons for me to call him one of the most beautiful specimens on earth in the 70s. Honestly, I had a new awakening at some point with that look of his and it's only become more and more appealing to me.

It's just the way the light is diffused in the photo, but that picture where his beard appears long enough to actually wave in the air is kind of gross to me. Flea dip, baby.

Yes, Dee. Those are two exceptionally nice and affectionate pictures.

Kind of normal, I think. And, it's refreshing. We are fast becoming a society that forgets what it's like to let nature take it's course. It's going to be a problem, don't you think, when the elite are able to afford enduring beauty and the rest of us are left out in the cold to be shunned by the younger generation who believe everyone should botox up and look like personalities on tv? Sorry, I'm having a soapbox kind of day...

Don't be sorry about saying how you feel. I'm in complete agreement with you. I hate how we're becoming a society that's so fascinated with the idea that if you're not at least a little plastic, you're not heading in the right direction. They don't want their bodies to reveal the kind of life theyve lived and how nature ha taken their course, rather show off how much money they have. It's a bit sick, really. Especially when you think of children growing up to think it's acceptable. For example, I am disgusted by how many times I've read in the paper about a mother who's bought her child (as young as seven, in one case) breast implants. I mean... What the fu** is wrong with these people? Why be so critical about something you're supposed to love unconditionally? The same goes for the "beauty pageant" children. I just think it's a deplorable lesson to be teaching your children, that to get ahea you have to look better than everybody else. Well I have a caring personality and a heart which I would choose over looks any day of the week...

OMG!! You're kidding?! I can't believe that. That is really sick. It's just so weird to me I guess because I find myself at the in-between age -- remembering what my grandmother and her peers looked like and watching my mother age now, but at the same time buying into the deception because I've also gotten accustomed to the same plastic look that has inundated tv. For instance, I was mesmerized by Kathie Lee Gifford this morning, thinking she looks like an entirely different person that she did 15 years ago, but she looks great --- and it's all fake!! I'm disgusted at myself for thinking that.

Ugh...anyway. Lindsey is a man who on a whole has aged well. He is a true beauty.
