That depends...but generally I'd say no. I mean if the offer stood once it would probably stand again

I had two male friends in Rochester...the offer stood at all times And I said no everytime...of course one of them then got a steady girlfriend..so in that case, YES the offer was off the table...but otherwise...I think that the offer would stand....

Right. I didn't mention that in this hypothetical a hetero man offered himself to a hetero woman. Is his offer off the table? Probably not. Sorry, this is a dumb question now that I give it more thought.

"hypothetical" eh??

anyway. I guess it really depends on the person. "hypothetically" the person that declined will definately have to be the one to initiate. Most people aren't in to getting shot down twice. But then there are those that are a glutton for punishment.
