What if the band can't do anything about this guy? I didn't join the club because I heard it was a rip off. I heard how the Dixie Chicks club sold the bad seats first to their beloved (gag) fans and held back the good seats for sale later to the general public.

What if the band gave up rights to the fan club? Does anyone know if they have any control over what happens in the fan club? I heard that with these Internet clubs the artists sometimes sell the rights and the fan clubs can do whatever they want. If the clubs rip people off the bands can behave as if they have no say because they give up control when they commission the clubs.

Does anyone know for sure if FM has any control of the fan club? Has anyone asked for an explanation from their reps or managers? If they had ripped me off I would want an explanation.

T-shirts and a great big banner that simply says "I WAS RIPPED OFF BY THE FM FAN CLUB" might be the way to get the word to the band. They may not be able to do anything but at least they'll know the reason why there are so many empty seats everywhere they go.

I think that the band can do something, but, as with most things, you have to get things in order to do them. I have no idea what will happen to the fan club if and when they fire JT. That is something that I guess they would have to work out before firing him.

As for the merchandising, Chris Nicks bid on and won that. JT does not have tour rights, and so I would guess no rights to it. And, JT is a bridge burner, you know?

Wouldn't that be nice if he got fired. What are the chances?

Good for Chris Nicks. It would be gross to think that rip off artist from the fan club was into the merch, too.

BTW, I love your signature line! LOL!

Mick Fleetwood "Say You Will" not cheat the fans and that you will fire Jonathan Todd

After certain past events, I don't see FM selling their rights to ANYTHING. But hey, who knows? Where's "big, bad Howard" (Kaufman) when you need him?

If they have any say I'd expect them to address this issues before it comes back to haunt them at the shows.

Let's see...where can I get one of those T shirts?

I would think the band sold the rights, and now that's that.
After a certain point, I suspect their participation is strictly voluntary. The deal probably is that they all get a certain percentage of the proceeds, and the evil JT runs the site in the way he sees fit. I don't know the details, but every show business deal I have dealt with runs in a similar manner.

That's it in a nutshell. If I were still a member of Mick's board (I unsubbed recently) I would comment to all the people who are happy that Jackie and Trinity were at the rehearsals. Have they forgotten the posts asking if tickets would be made available to board members.... the posts that were ignored. Do they have selective memory? Be happy for them if they want to but the question should still be addressed

I would also like to question what else 'Knight' has chosen to give away selectively.

This was posted on the 'Happy Thread' over on Mick's board...

We were very happy with our seats and most importantly the ability to purchase the seats before they were offered to the public. Keep up the good work. Feel free to send a shirt any time.

Was I the only person to notice this? WTF?

Yes, the issues need to be addressed over there. Of course, they will be deleted or whole threads taken down. That is the only way that they can deal with it because Jonathan Todd is NOT going to answer and he thinks that he just got rid of all the trouble by disrespecting us and hitting the ban button.

Well, he created more trouble than he ever bargained for. Jackie will overmoderate forever, or long as she is in that position of "power" that she feels. She has to comment on and to everything, but, that is a diversion as well. She has something to say to the few who are bold enough to complain, either her or Trin, but, it is the same ole BS.

That God and the King of France and Yogi Bear have to all approve it before the club can tell us that they will be on Letterman. If you guys buy that, you are wrong. They are diverting..but, they learned from the master. And, next comes ignoring,,,but not Jackie. She has to moderate. Validates who she is. It is really sad.

My husband said the exact same thing when I filled him in on all the **** that was going down. JT and his minions are out to make money and the Fleetwood Mac fans are the candidates for this business venture

Minons

LMAO Pip!

PS - there was no radio station that gave away 200 seats in LA - only two pairs of 2 so a total of 4 tickets, FYI. However I still feel the fan club should have been offered them.

Or perhaps Marty since his discography was stolen.
