It has to be the right type of person.....someone who knows who Lindsey is but isn't as blown away by him as we are! We wouldn't want someone who'd make a fool of themselves and say something like "This is Lindsey Buckingham? I thought you wanted to meet Lindsay Lohan!!"

Right. Some Lindsey knowledge is necessary. They would also have to be able to speak to a famous person without any of the following:

a) frothing at the mouth

b) unnecessary or overdone intonation of every other syllable

c) some understanding of LB's role in his band, or his songs...

We wouldn't want said person skipping over to Lindsey, declaring him the greatest harpsichord player in Fleetwood Mac, or saying they love his song "Landslide." Respect and facts are a must.

Also, the person must be age-appropriate. You can't have a 13 year old screaming after him. I don't want LB getting the side-eye from judgmental folks, or a worried expression from the wife.

I immediately thought of the Today Show when I saw that! Freezing cold temperatures are no match for Lindsey Buckingham and his leather jacket because rockstars have magical powers!!

As for that grey suit ... droolsome.
