I do find it interesting the Stevie says she and Lindsey will never be best friends. You would think that since they have known each other since High School, they would probably be best friends, just because they have known each other for so long. But she and Mick seem to really be close.

Ha! All I know is suddenly it's getting to be a very crowded room for the 90 year olds... I mean, first she's on a bed with Lindsey and now she's watching movies with Mick... *sigh* poor Kristen and Lynn... they'll be stuck running the Maui Medical Center for Mystified Musicians.

Lindsey better hie. If he doesn't get himself a place in Hawaii soon, he'll be left out in the cold.

did anyone else notice in that video...when they played "don't stop" it sounds like a kidz bop version or something! almost like they changed the pitch!! wtf...tell me it just isn't me

from 1:44 to about 2:20

actually almost every song they play throughout the vid sounds either speed up or changed pitch.

Here is the link for anyone who hasn't seen it yet:
http://video.msn.com/video.aspx/?mkt...&wa=wsignin1.0

After watching it, I'd say it was pretty good. Nothing really new...its still all about Rumours ... but I still liked it. I was especially interested in the Stevie/Mick bit...when the interviewer told Mick what Stevie had said, he seemed to get the slightest bit emotional talking about it...nothing too noticeable but I did see something there. Lets just hope they can keep this thing going and hopefully get back in the studio

I agree... I was getting annoyed with the show until that bit. I think it's so awesome after all these years, and all they've been through that they're soulmate friends.

It's interesting to hear too that Mick is ALSO acknowledging that it's been the toughest the past decade to get the band on the same page, and to get them together. Lindsey just said that too. Obviously it's something that we've all bitched about for eons... but it's good to know that the band at least acknowledges it.

This is definitely nothing we haven't heard before, but there are some moments that I particularly like:

"Waitress. CLEANING lady. We had one hundred dollar bills EVERYWHERE."

Stevie's random noise at 6:42. Hahahahahahaha!

Also, I like how the huge hole in her nose that threatened her life is now the little hole in her nose that threatened her voice.

I also appreciate Lindsey's use of "transcends". Everytime he says it, I smirk.

But yes-- I think the questions re: her current relationships with both Lindsey and Mick are very interesting. The bitter still exists with the former, I think, and that may be why we tend to get the most music about him-- the most powerful and debatably influential at that.

And Mick's reaction to that comment.... I love it. LOVE it.

Kinda like I loooooooooooooooooooooove everything about those three people.

Ahahahahahahaha...there were a few moments where she was the tiniest bit more animated than usual...that being one of them

LOL...I noticed that too! I feel awful for her though...the same questions, the same conversation ALL THE TIME...if I were her I'd change things around a bit just to keep from slipping into a boredom induced coma!!!

I was actually kind of surprised that she took such an adamant stand on her current relationship with Lindsey...could it be that there is some underlying bitterness is boiling to the surface at the moment? The Mick bit actually made me teary...alright, I sort of cried...just a little

I would feel really lame right now if I had been the only one to tear up (and by "tear up" I mean that I had tears running down my cheeks) during Mick's reaction to Stevie's answer that they were best friends.

I agree with Dani, I freaking love these people and stuff like this is why!

Now I feel like I need to go watch The Dance DVD or the Mirage DVD or something...

ahahahaha...that pretty much sums up my reaction too...I was just way too embarrassed to say it His reaction to what Stevie said already had me going...and then...he used the word soulmate

I totally forgot to mention last night how much I loved this part. I'll admit to welling up a little - Mick just seemed so touched and then so sincere in his response. A very nice moment indeed.

I completely agree with you too Phoenix about 'Gypsy'. All does seem right when I see those images - they're some of my absolute favourites of Stevie.

This was an ok interview; highlights were definitely at the end, but i nearly died laughing when Mick said, "well, Stevie is a whole person..." NO WAY!!! i thought she was half a one!
Well technically she is a bit of a hobbit compared to mick!
But overall his reaction was so sweet...

Also, it appears stevie forgot exactly when she went to rehab....
She says she went in 1985, but didn't she check in adfter the RAL world tour in '86...

Silly Stevie

Overall, it was nice to finally see something on Aussie tv about them...

Not only are we in a drought for water, we are in a drought for decent television!!!

I demand 24hr Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Updates!!!!

Stevie-speak:

"So now Lindsey and I can really be friends. Because now we’re not thinking in the back of our mind that we’ll ever go back together. That allows us to be free. So now with his new relationship that’s really great for me, because it allows me to be his friend, and hang out with him and see him. "
~Spotight on Stevie Nicks, 96.1 WSRS, August 5, 2001

"Well he's not my best friend, and never will be...so we can never really be good friends. We care about each other very much, but we don't hang out." - Australia 60 minutes, Sept. 13, 2009
