Exciting news! My guess is that there is a possibility that Stevie and Lindsey may not even have the rights to some of their early records sans the Buckingham Nicks album. If they were smart about it, like someone else suggested, any rare stuff should have been issued as a bonus disc to the relatively short B/N album.

Thanks - that's what I was thinking, after remembering the stories about the "hands off Stevie" policy the men of Fritz had.

I'm fairly sure it was 1970. Stevie and Lindsey have always said that they didn't get together until AFTER they got to LA, but 1970 was the first time they were in LA. With Fritz, meeting with Keith Olsen, where they got to hear that they should continue as a duo without the rest of the band. And that's when they stayed at the Tropicana.
