That was cool! Thanks for sharing! Anyone have the rest of this RAL interview? I'd love to watch/listen to it.

Damn, girlfriend seemed really coked out! Loved it nonetheless...

I love hearing her use words like "disenchanted". As messed up as she was she's still our good ole' Stevie underneath it all.

Dumb question but I wonder if she ever watches old interviews of herself and what she would think if she saw something like this where she was obviously a little loopy.

No! I always wonder the same thing when I watch old performances, or listen to interviews. Like that one WH interview where she states she and the gals just got back from Tampa, Florida... "wherever in the world that is!"

Okay, that totally made my night. I'm a huge Cyndi Lauper fan. When I was taking voice lessons years ago my teacher told me how he hated her whiney little squeaky voice, but people who only know her 80's hits have no idea what an impressive range she has.

Right on! Shame they don't have the old Blue Angel videos on there. I just love that album.

Me too. Have you heard Petty's new album? "Down South" sounds just like "I Had a Love."

No way, I'll have to check it out. "Everybody's Got An Angel" is one of my all time favorite Cyndi songs.

I love this Stevie interview.

what trips me out is that Stevie talks about putting streakes in your hair referring to Cyndi...fast forward oh say 6 years and who has streaks in her hair?

yeah, you got it!

Cyndi performed on the Today show this morning and she was just fab! It might be up on MSN.

I'm glad I got up at 8! I know they usually put their musical guests on in the last fifteen minutes, but she was on before 9. And three songs this time... and neither of them True Colours or Time! I like it when she switches stuff up. And she's got a new album in the works!!!
