No, I don't. But I might as well, since my mother smokes. I swear that woman will be the f**king death of me.

Edited to be less profane.

Plz, I was an angel. My sister was the one who went around beating up the boys for me and throwing cats in the creek.

No, my sister isn't a lesbian. I don't think. Then again, she is only 14...

I smoked in college. No more! My mother was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast to bone cancer. Cancer took my Dad, Grandfather, and both grandmothers had BC. So cancer is very much on my mind these days. I want to try to do all I can NOT to get it. Quitting smoking was one really good thing I did for myself. And I smell so much better. No more stank breath or clothing. I can smell my perfume, and my shampoos, and taste my food again. The sooner after quitting you stop the better. We had a family friend who smoked all her life. Quit ten years ago. Died in January of lung cancer. If portable oxygen tanks are your thing, keep on doing it.

That is horrible...

I'm so sorry to hear that! I know it is a terrible thing and I should have never started...

Oh come on - what are we 5??? We've been asked to please adhere to the rules and not curse....it's not a big deal. And it has been a rule that's been in place for a long time.

You and Nancy should start the "Superior Ledgies Club."

The moderators asked us not to, though and there's a post about profanity. I just don't want to see anyone get a strike.
