The singer is from RI but I think that she is out in Los Angeles now. I am hopefully going to go see them and I sort of know the lead singer so I can find out some more info for you. I haven't seen them in a long time and I am sure that they have some new members.

Where are you located? There are several Rumours in the U.S. and one from Canada. The Canadian one also plays in the states a lot.
