Same here, although I'd prefer "Isn't It Midnight".

Rick was good, but Lindsey would tear up those guitar solos!

Yeah, and they'd all show up to the photo session on each their own Hover-rounds!

Stevie's would, of course, have beads, ribbons and feathers adorning it.

Christine is older than Reagan was when he became president.

Yeah, I know. I'm still amazed, that she changed her mind about coming back, though.

But yeah, I hope to enjoy this "last" hurrah.?

I'm very curious about what changed. It's like she had a fifteen year nervous breakdown and suddenly snapped out of it. Was it Ken's book; was it not being able to say no to Mick; did her dogs go to doggie heaven and she got too lonely in the mansion; new therapist; realizing she's in her 70s, in good health, and can still do it? All of the above?

All I know is that Christine looks more vibrant and happy in 2013 than she did in 1997. She looks like...classic Christine.

lol they are Fleetwood Mac with connections to Christine, they would never go the hover-round route.
Check out 7:33-8:08 and that's what they'd all be rolling on in with. Style! Anything is Possible!

I honesly think she was just tired at the time in 1998. Who wouldn't need a break! But feeling fed-up could be confused with throwing in the towel, and calling it retirement.
If she didn't hold out this whole time, and call this long break from music a retirement, Fleetwood Mac would have never given her the break she needed/deserved. These 15 years gave her a solitude that everybody in show business should be able to have.

I think you're right about the 70's age thing. It's remarkable and lucky she feels 20 in her 70's. and It's possible that she is now realizing that music doesn't have to be wrk, it's therapeutic, and that's what she possible needs now.
Maybe she hadn't realized the possibility that she could have the best of both worlds: A country life in Kent and a fun L.A. based music band travelling the world. Also, who doesn't want a little adventure, regardless of age.

In the words of Bilbo Baggins...'I'm going on an adventure!"

(This is Chris-and the signed document at the beginning is a letter of request from Fleetwood Mac to her)

She needed some rest. A lot of it.
