Do you read? That's what I do. But, of course, I love reading so it keeps me up to a certain extent. My boss, though, and some other people I've known, as soon as they start reading, they are fast asleep. I like it cause you can lay down in bed while you're doing it! That increases the chances of falling asleep!

I know I'm really tired when I watch the movement of the laughing smilie for a minute and a half straight.

But yeah, sometimes I do read before bed/when I'm tired. Especially something boring, that makes me nod off after the third page.
