barf. it was $161 with tax. So was the goddamn textbook I bought today.

the 'pod holds 240 songs. It might be worth it to you to spend $200 for the ipod mini. Course, it's not the size of a finger....

Why does my school have to be right by the ipod, sephora, and virgin stores in the midst of union square?

FORMER Spice Girl Mel C has teamed up with Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand to write tracks for her comeback album.

The singer struck up a close friendship with the multi-Brit award winning band when she was working at the same recording studio as them.

And after impressing Franz Ferdinand with her songwriting skills, Mel asked them to help her compose some hit tunes.

A source told Sky News: "They were both recording at the same studios this time last year and have written a few songs together.

"They loved Mel's style and lyrics. She's now planning to release some of that material in the future."
