The woman makes me sick. I know she's her mother, but coming from a family that understands that not all mothers are automatically saints, I do not trust this lady at all.

This whole thing is being manipulated by the media. I am sure HS is getting some cashola for all his stuff appearing on the net. I think Birkhead is likely the least well paid, unless he has some card up his sleeve regarding paternity.

Moreover, I do not blame HS one bit for selling this to the vultures. This defense will cost him in the millions before it is said and done and HS has no access to any of ANS' money unless he is the father of the child, which he will have to spend likely a million to prove, if he can.

Knowing she was coming to court to testify she should have been prepped as well her attorney should be providing any and all contact evidence they could muster (phone records, etc)...if there is any.

Not sure where this end, but I sense a sympathetic tone from the judge for mom.

HKS knows exactly what he's doing. As an "attorney" he knows how to play the game on the stand. I don't trust any of them. I can't wait to hear the judges ruling and his basis for making it.

If he rules to give ANS' body to her mother and to exhume Daniel so that they can be buried in Texas, then he ought to be horse whipped within an inch of his life.

Thanks. As I said, he is very even on the stand...but then I noticed that about her personality long ago...he doesn't have much in the way of an emotional rise.

It's amazing that they found the one judge on the planet that had never heard about the whole ANS and the old guy (including his death and subsequent lawsuit). Are judges elected or appointed in Florida?

HKS only got paid $12,500 for the reality show and that has been his only income since 2002?

I am sure ANS paid him in cash to him as her lawyer and/or she shared her wealth with him. I am willing to bet he has a big ole pile of ANS' cash because John's rarely pay by check.
