Someone's gonna have to carry me out of there when it's over, I swear. If they do GB last.....:::Sniff Sniff::: I'm gonna be bawling my eyes out. I'm so glad they're doing it, though.

Stand Back needs to go. I'd much rather see EFO, or SOTM...and drop Don't Stop or World Turning and put Angel in it's place.

I'm soooo excited about Beautiful Child and RTTG!!! YAYYY!! I was surprised to see RTTG. I LOVE that song.

Overall, I'm pleased, though. I was hoping that they'd pull out more of the older ones that they haven't done in awhile, instead of Rhiannon, etc. but it's great that they're including so many new songs. I hope they keep them all.

Hmmm, well I didn't see Second Hand News, I'm So Afraid, Not That Funny, and Go Insane on the list (unless im blind). I wish they'd do ISA still and maybe NTF if it's done correctly. Maybe they will, this is after all just a rehearsal list, so I suppose they can still add some things and take things out of they really want to.

No matter how many times we've seen/heard "Dreams" performed live, it's one of those songs that pretty much has to be played.
It still stands, 26 years later, as Fleetwood Mac's only #1 single, and it will always be one of their most famous tunes.

I was talking to a good friend of mine recently, who's a "moderate" Fleetwood Mac fan, and she rattled off a list of songs (including "Dreams") that she'll be deeply disappointed if she doesn't get to hear when she sees them in concert ("especially when I'm paying this much money to go")... and most of them are ones that people have listed here as tunes they absolutely don't want to hear again.
So there ya have it.

But I think this setlist looks pretty fantastic, and has a nice range of songs for everyone... from the big, recognizable hits, to a nice heaping helping of tracks from 'Say You Will.'

Though I do agree that "Stand Back" could easily be dropped in favor of just about any of Stevie's other Mac tunes... such as "Everybody Finds Out," or even "Seven Wonders."

While I consider it to be an absolutely essential inclusion for her solo tours, it's not necessary for a Mac concert (I feel the same way about "Go Insane," so thankfully that's nowhere to be seen).

Okay, so I'm schlepping off to Columbus... I'm thrilled with this set list, it should rock. Stand Back is one of my favorite songs ever but i would much rather hear Everybody Finds Out. It's the 2003 equivalent of Stand Back. And Come? Oh my stars! Can't wait for that. The bathroom break will be Rhiannon and World Turning. And no, I don't want to hear Dreams again but they kind of have to play it. Goodbye Baby should leave me in a complete heap. And Beautiful Child, that will turn out to be the show stealer.

I'm pretty excited about this setlist. If they do 8 new songs on the full tour, I'll be very, very happy.

My only disappointments:

No Buckingham/Nicks songs - what a wasted opportunity!

Stand Back - I agree w/ everyone else. This is essential for Stevie, not FM. EFO would have been perfect in its place.

Mick's solo - Noooooooooooooo!! I absolutely hate, hate that drum vest thing. Does anyone actually like it? Anyone? Or the fact that it goes on forever? I think it's a bad move putting that as one of the encores. People are going to leave when he starts up with that damn thing. Ugh.

No Monday Morning/Red Rover - I was psyched for these.

But the good things - Beautiful Child!! They're really going to do it! And closing with Goodbye BabY? And Say Goodbye is there! And RTTG! Lots of surprises for me.

I give the setlist a B+. Ditch Mick's solo and I'd give it a solid A.

Don't care for...

Rhiannon
Stand Back
Tusk
Don't Stop

I hope the only reason RR wasn't on there is cause Lindsey just said they are rehersing it now.

I probably would have liked the setlist more if I hadn't already set my heart on hearing Sisters of the Moon, Blue Letter, Seven Wonders, Tango In The Night, etc. But, there are a few surprises...I LOVE Beautiful Child, and Running Through The Garden! Opening with EOTW is kind of weird, because quite a few people have never heard the song....but if the do it like the Mirage live version it will rock as an opener! hmmm.....wonder if this is the concret setlist for the entire tour?

Ya know, maybe they aren't doing songs like EFO and Seven Wonders simply for the whole keyboard fact. I mean, i Know SOMEONE is going to be playing but on the album, it was John who was playing keyboards, correct? Maybe they'd rather do songs where guitar, bass, and drums are the main links in the chain so to speak
