Really, LORI and not Sharon? I saw the segment (had to tape it due to plans), but my NBC reception is poor, so my eyes were mainly trying to make out Stevie. (Still not used to the pants!) I didn't /couldn't see any back-up singers.

Sorry, my goof! It was Sharon and Mindy. I did see them in the Dateline clips singing backup.

I didnt see Sharon or Mindy on the Dateline thing unless I missed them... although when they were doing the songs from the rented stage I could have sworn I heard them backing Stevie.

I think it was just a quick screenshot of them singing backup. I am going to have to watch my tape again just to make sure I am not leading you astray!

That would be cool if Lori went on tour w. them Also..my opinion here..i think it IS kids singing at the end of SYW..just cause, how silly would it be to alter Stevie's voice THAT much in a song..plus...it sounds like little kids..my sister picked that out right away..she's like..do i hear little people?? lol... just my 2 cents

Ok - I looked at the tape again. They show Sharon and Mindy singing backup on GYOW. The clip is in the beginning of Dateline, when they are previewing the content of the show.

Whew! I knew I wasn't going nuts!!

Listen real hard, I think you will agree.
I totally agree... I'm positive it's really Stevie's voice.

Hopefully Lindsey will reveal the truth about the SYW ending in Friday's chat. (I still vote it's kids.)

OK, there was no missing Sharon & Mindy on Today. (But I'm still missing the other Ms. Nicks.)
