Day 4

10pm-Mick later realizes he should write all of the "Behind-The-Scenes" shenanagans down for a future book release & money making venture/exploit...But then he SLOWLY realizes, "Nahhh...I'll just "swing" it by memory...Like before. Hey! Maybe if I'm really in need of cash I'll just make up stories...Like before."

Day 4 11:10pm

All the toilets in the house are broken from over flushing and each member of the house has lost at least 2lbs in weight.

11:05pm Danny is still in his room, Peter pops his head in to see if Danny is OK, they start to jam and the old magic is still there.

mean time, Billy is in the kitchen flicking peanuts at Rick to annoy him. "Quit it Billy boy!" says Rick "I have a bandaged head, a bruised thigh, stitches in my arm, my forehead hurts, I've got pain in my arms and legs and the last thing I need right now is a pain in the ass as well!" tempers are rising....

12:02am Stevie and Bekka decide to go and shower before going to bed. The boys take the opportunity to do a bit of perving. Lindsey and Billy run to the bathroom window, John and Rick slowly limp along behind them.

12:04am Stevie takes her dressing gown off and Billy takes out a piece of paper from his pocket "what are you doing?" asks Lindsey "Oh, I wrote this after watching Homer on the Simpsons, lifetime ambitions, to see Steve Nicks nude. Now I can tick it off"
Lindsey peers in harder. Stevie seems to have something tattooed on her body, it is a name. "DON" is etched at the base of her back. Then on her thigh Lindsey sees "TOM", he looks closer but can't see his name.

12:05am Lindsey bursts into the bathroom demanding to know why his name is not on Stevie's body. Stevie is furious that Lindsey has been peeping. "For your information Mr.Snooper, your name is on my body!" shouts Stevie "It's on the underneath of my right foot so that I can tread on you with every footstep I ever take!!!"

Oh dear, Fleetwood Mac's most "stable" couple are arguing again!

Stevie has lost her way in the house and has begun to throw some sort of odd fit...screaming and jumping and squealing and spinning and hopping and falling and throwing her dress over her head (which is why she doesn't know where she is), but everyone finally realizes that she is just flashing back to Red Rocks and that she'll be OK after she passes out. All step over her, as she is at the entrance to her bedroom, which everyone has to pass (or NOT) on their way downstairs.

Peter is the first one to take a GIANT step over Ms. Nicks, as he's realized his pal Danny has finally surfaced. He sits next to Danny, Mick, John and Chris quickly join them and they begin a killer blues shuffle. Lindsey enters the room but, when he hears Peter's solo, runs from the room in tears. "I can't play like that, damnit! And I'll NEVER be able to! Can't I just be Lindsey and take my 8 years to get a stupid solo right rather than getting it perfect on the first take? Why? Why? Why? Is it ME? --- Nah!"

Rick has also joined the jam as they launch into a solo on "Oh, Well," which Peter lets Rick take...and groans can be heard from the other room, as Lindsey hears what it's SUPPOSED to sound like. "But I sure can play the hell out of "Never Going Back Again..." Oh, geez. I THINK I can. I THINK I can. I THINK I Can."

Stevie rolls down the stairs, gains her composure, and squawks, "Anybody for IHOP?"

Meanwhile, Billy and Bekka (Billy having finally realized that Michelle just canNOT make it in time)...

10:50am Billy and Bekka are arguing over why Billy was spying on Stevie and herself when they were showering. It's almost resolved but Bekka then tells Billy that she loves him - Billy calls her a liar and says he knows how she only has eyes for Lindsey. She is upset. Billy lets it all go and adds "And by the way, Time sucked!!!". Bekka breaks down in tears, but is comforted by the fact that she remembers how Lindsey had told her that he thought Time was the best thing he'd ever heard. "It makes Rumours sound like crap, seriously it does...!..So where's your bedroom?" - she smiles as she remembers his loving words. She realises that Billy is right, she must pursue Lindsey.

1:06pm Mick visits the diary room again to report Lindsey's crazy behaviour from earlier on in the morning. He reports that Lindsey seems to have lost all confidence in himself, and is going insane.

2:25pm Everybody gathers in the main room for drinks. Outside there are dark skies and it begins pouring down. Lindsey asks if anybody wants to go and play in the rain with him...they all look at him with blank expressions. Christine looks mystified and asks "Why?"...Lindsey flips yet again and this time throws one of his treasured Model 1 guitars at Christine - it narrowly misses her and smashes on Stevie's titanium boot. She is furious and storms out. Lindsey drifts into the garden by himself. He convinces himself that Stevie truly is the root of all his problems. "When she's around, I'm just second hand news, nobody saves me a place."

2:35pm Lindsey comes back into the room. Everybody stares. He says "Everybody I'm so sorry for the way I've been acting lately. I don't know what came over me. I'm fine now. In fact, I'm gonna tell Rick Turner to bring me a new Model 1 and I'm gonna sing you all a new song that I've just written as soon as it arrives". He then goes upstairs.

2:40pm Danny and Peter aren't convinced. Rick overhears their conversation and realises that if they are right, this is his chance to get Lindsey evicted.

2:43pm Rick goes upstairs and stands outside Lindsey's room. He hears Lindsey speaking on the phone to Rick Turner. "I need you to retrofit something into my other Model 1 and deliver it to me at the Big Brother house ok?". Rick is disappointed as Lindsey's intentions seem to be innocent, but just as he is about to leave he hears "can you stick a hidden Beretta hand gun in there, with a laser pointer aligned down the neck.....what?...what do I need it for..?oh, just a new song I've written about Stevie, it's called....uh...She Must Bleed Because He Hates Her....yea....you know me...I'm still an old romantic! Ok, so you'll have it for me tomorrow? Thanks, bye." Just as Rick overhears this he makes the floorboard creek and Lindsey hears it, he runs out and sees Rick standing there, and realises that he must have overheard him. There is a fight. Luckily for Lindsey, he has his banjo strapped to his side at all times and smashes it into Rick's head. Rick stumbles back towards the window, which is some 50 feet above the ground. He sees a lunatic stare in Lindsey's eyes which he recognises - it's the same look from the end of the Big Love video - Lindsey takes out a packet of high energy Wheat Thins and swallows them in one gulp, his muscles start bulging and he kicks Rick out of the window. As Rick is falling to his death, Lindsey shouts "IT TOOK TWO OF YOU TO REPLACE ME!!!! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" (Ironically the "twoooooo!!" harmonises well with the sound of Rick's fading "noooooooooooooo!!!")

2:45pm Stevie and Bekka run upstairs and ask Lindsey..."What's happened????"

Lindsey does not answer.

Stevie and Bekka run to the smashed window and look out, 50 feet below them lies Rick. Luckily the jacuzzi broke his fall and he is still alive.

2:50pm Stevie and Bekka with the rest of the gang except Lindsey run to see if Rick is OK. Rick has some minor glass cuts but nothing serious. "Did Buckingham do this to you?" asks Stevie "I don't remember a thing, I remember Lindsey saying something on the phone, can't remember what, can't even remember why I fell out of the window" says the amnesia stricken Rick.

Stevie storms upstairs to speak to Lindsey "Did you push him?" Lindsey replies "No, he went crazy and jumped out why don't you follow him!"
"What was the phone call about then?" asks Stevie. "Oh, I've ordered a new guitar, I want to try out a killer new solo on you Stevie"
"you're out of order Lindsey, stay out of my way!" screams Stevie and out she storms.

3:00pm The rest of day 5 is quiet, Lindsey has been made an outcast by the rest of the group and spirits are low.

8:15pm "Special order for Mr.Buckingham sign here please" says the courier. Lindsey signs and takes the package to his room.
He opens it and inside is a new Rick Turner Model 1 guitar with the modifications. A 9mm fully automatic machine pistol has been installed in the neck with a laser sight as well. The pickup rotates to reveal a set of poison tipped darts and inside the electronics cover is a C4 explosive charge for use at close range only, Lindsey thinks "Silver Springs". Lindsey settles down to write the song that will change the group forever. "I think I'll call it Twist Of Fate"

9:00pm It's time for the first eviction. Everybody gathers in the main room. The general feeling amongst everybody is that Lindsey will be evicted.

9:01pm The announcement is made. The person to be evicted is: PETER!!!

9:02pm Mick bursts out crying like a baby. Everybody else is in disbelief...except Lindsey..who has a calm and cool look about him - he'd snuck out of the house in the middle of the night and had rigged the computer!!!

9:15pm As Peter is walking out of the house with his suitcase in hand, he says nothing other than "Bella...Donna....Gypsy....Bella...Donna.....Gypsy......" over and over again, like a stuck record. Stevie looks at everyone and says "oh my God...look at the incredible effect my music has had on him!!" She quickly takes out one of the 5000 copies of Bella Donna that she has in her right boot, compartment 78, signs it and tries to throw it at him. But at the last second Lindsey nudges her, making her throw it at the wall - the CD bounces off the wall hitting Rick full force in the forehead. Rick is out cold.

12:15am There was a bad atmosphere in the house since Peter left, and everyone decides to go to bed. Mick and John carry Rick upstairs and place him in bed. Lindsey says he wants to carry out initial soundchecks downstairs to prepare for the performance of Twist Of Fate. Sure that everyone has gone to bed, he starts trying out the laser sight and pointing it at where he is sure Stevie will be sitting during the performance. As he is doing this, Billy comes back downstairs to see what the noise is - he sees Lindsey aiming the Model 1 at the couch, and sees the the dot of the laser sight on Stevie's would-be position. "Oh my God....! What are you doing??" Lindsey quickly switches off the sight and says "Oh it's just a new L.E.D. Rick Turner has installed for me on the guitar...check it out..it's really bright.." As Billy approaches, Lindsey pushes down on the rotating pick up and fires a batch of poisoned darts at Billy. Billy is hit in the chest and collapses to the ground - dead! As Lindsey kneels to take out the darts, Christine walks into the dimly lit room "Lindsey...what's going on down here?"

12:21am The ruthless Lindsey's hand once again goes onto the trigger hidden in the rotating pick-up cover...........

Christine see Billy lying there and rushes over to him, "Oh Lindsey what have you done!" she cries "At least he got to see Stevie nude before he went" replies Lindsey "Now it's your turn Chris!"

Lindsey points the laser sight at her, just as he squeezes the trigger something comes flying down from upstairs. It's an Alembic fretless bass and it hits Lindsey on the arm knocking his James Bond style gun/guitar flying. John is stood at the top of the stairs "Don't mess with my ex Liddy Buck!" screams John, with his foot in plaster he slides down the hand rail and into Chris's arms "Oh John, my hero" cries Christine.

Stevie flicks the lights on and just at that moment Lindsey regains his composure, grabs the gun/guitar and points it at Stevie "Welcome to the room Sara" says Lindsey. The rest of the house are in the room now as well and there is a standoff.

1:00am The house is surrounded by SWAT teams. Lindsey is cool in a John Travolta Swordfish kinda way.
"OK, here are my demands" shouts Lindsey " I want a ten year supply of wheat thins, I'm not greedy, just enough to see me through my next album" "and I want a new three album deal with the record company, and I want more credit for being the genius behind the group and finally.... I want the public to stop believing Stevie and I will ever get back together, I'm a married man with two kids"
"No way Buckingham" shouts the SWAT leader "The public just ain't gonna buy that last demand"

With this Lindsey picks up the Turner and presses the "red" button. The guitar explodes and a small mushroom cloud appears where Lindsey stood. The smoke disperses and there is no sign of Lindsey's body, only a hole in the wall.

Mick eventually goes on to win Big Brother by telling different stories to each house member and making them vote each other out.

There was no trace of what happened to Lindsey Buckingham, Rumours abound that he sits in a garage somewhere planning the moment to make a comeback and release new material to the public.

No one knows if it will ever happen.......

lol, i loved it!!!!!!!!!! i read parts of it to my brother, and even he thought it was funny (he's so sick of FM, i'm surprised he hasn't tried to burn my cds yet.....) i loved the tatoos stevie had, LMAO!

If I'd known a bit earlier people were loving it I'd of continued the story!

It was starting to get harder to come up with the funnies though. I think we condensed 35 years of Mac moments into two pages.

Tells us one thing though. If they can't get on together for 5 days in a house. How will they manage a new album and tour?

I'll let the band write the next chapter!
