I was able to register in June 2022 after repeated efforts to do so in the past. I reached out to who assume is administrator and they were able to hook me up with a temporary password.

I was traveling last week and didn't enter The Ledge, but today I see it's a secure site again, so the certification must have been renewed.

While it was expired, I was entering just few times but in incognito/private mode, so no cookies were recorded, and thru a my usual different browser, to reduce risks, although I don't know how effective it has been.

I disagree. I STILL can't get on from a computer, only from my phone

That is pretty weird. I checked again at Chrome browser and it says the certifcation is valid and the connection is secure.

I'm no longer up to date on these software topics, but I assume this website resides on a server farm and maybe not all of them were refreshed when the new certificate was installed, but that shouldn't happen. Again, I'm just speculating.
