Is that bad?

With no meet and greet and the fact that they haven't said what the merch is, I would say so. When I saw her with Rod Stewart I paid $150 for second row! And I paid $250 for sixth row for Fleetwood Mac! I just cannot imagine paying so much and no even be guaranteed front row or a meet and greet.

Just to put things into perspective. Last year I paid $300 for a ZZ Top VIP ticket package. It came with a front row seat, a meet and greet with a photo, one signed item and a small bag of merch. $560 is a crazy price just to see her alone . I might pay that to see the whole band if I was guaranteed front row. If I remember right not long ago $550 got you a seat in the first 5 rows and a meet and greet with Mic.

Well why would they ask for so much and why the big Arenas? The Pretenders have been sort of out of it...

Right, I am leaning towards just waiting until the ticket prices go down and sitting in the nose bleeds for this one. I really doubt there is any way she will fill the big arenas alone.I like her and hope she does but without the rest of FM ?

Just saw a commercial about the tour here in Philly. With the Pretenders. I must have been living under a rock - had no idea she was even touring. Here we go again for the mad ticket dash...

In classic Stevie fashion, I JUST found out about the tour TODAY, and tickets go on sale tomorrow (PRESALE). You've got to love her!! Planning has never been a strong suit of the Stevie Nicks PR TEAM/CONCERT PROMOTION. This whole thing was probably thrown together in the last week or so. Thanks goodness we have the Gold American Express card, so I'll be buying on presale day. That being said, I've been going to solo and FM concerts since 1977 and I won't miss this one.

Do you have any info as to what's required for the AMEX presale? Thanks.

You need an American Express card to pay for your tickets. I do know that much.

Not necessarily, maybe just a card number or some portion of one, as was suggested earlier.

Rant .Figures the presales are by AMEX with their BS.It never ends.WTF is wrong with freaking VISA. They are in cahoots with TicketBastard to just to get fans to sign up for their card to purchase tix.The whole tix industry should be looked at.No honest Abe's there.

Sorry about the attitude.

Wow. That's higher than I thought. The most I would pay is $500, nothing more. So I probably will just play the waiting game or buy some off of StubHub or Ticket Exchange. I'm not even going to try that presale tomorrow. I would have to borrow somebody's American Express card. I'm not too bummed because I know that most pre-sales don't yield very good seats anyway. In all the years I've tried pre-sales, I have only gotten lucky one time and that was in 2004 for Fleetwood Mac I put second row somehow.

From the Ticketmaster FAQ:

If you have an eligible American Express card the code for preferred tickets is the 10 digit customer service number on the back of your card. You must use an eligible American Express card for purchase.

Good luck everyone!

I believe just an AMEX card. This will be the first time I'm participating in the AMEX presale as we just recently got one. Otherwise, I've always had to wait for regular sale when many of the good seats are filled. I'll post back tomorrow after I try to purchase.

As for a MEET and GREET happening with the $560 VIP, I seriously doubt it will happen. I believe it only includes seats in rows 1-5 and a souvenir. Stevie doing meet and greets is EXTREMELY RARE.

Last time I went through this I was lucky enough to get into the presale with a friends number and pull tickets. Then I got to the checkout in record time with great seats. I attempted to pay with my Mastercard and it would not take my card . I had to wait until presale was over and ended up with nose bleeds because you have to use an AMEX card to pay for your tickets. Hence the name AMEX presale . Yes all you need is an AMEX card However I was told by TM VIP service that you do not need an AMEX card to purchase VIP tickets . All you need is any credit card and a password. I still have not found the password for VIP tickets because the jokers would not give it to me over the phone. Told me I should have got an email containing said password but I still have not received it.
One password I was able to find through the help of others is .......GOLD but that is a Facebook presale deal that will probably happen after the good seats are taken.
