Was her journey supposed to end with her being the boss of FM?

I remember that quote and I was thinking the same thing at the time. I noticed the weight gain in the Rock a Little and Tango videos but some of the interviews she looked better but from 1989 up to the Dance……horrible and very very sad. I still stuck with her as a fan went to the concerts and bought her music, it’s all part of her journey.

The photo is reminiscent of the Tango era.

Was listening to Family Man.
I know it's literally about Lindsey's birth family, but I had the idea that it could also be about Chris, John and Mick (Lindsey's metaphorical mother, father, and brother in the band), with Stevie conveniently left out of the metaphor since she was mostly absent at the time.

Neat analogy! But considering Lindsey and Stevie had been lovers, it would have been icky to make her an actual part of the family, even in a song.

The saddest part of the Klonopin era was that no one was able to confront her and make her get help. I am sure everyone had concern but was afraid of her wrath from the last time her people were so concerned for her that they forced her to go to rehab. She ended up leaving 2 days early and fired everyone involved. Stevie once said in an interview that she was unaware the cocaine was ruining her voice. OMG she was living in a cocaine bubble. Her cokey screams and shrieks were horrible yet she could not see this. She had to rely on her inner circle to tell her to stop it. Too bad no one was brave enough to come forward and say ...."Stevie you cant write good songs anymore. Your songs suck so bad that even on a flop Fleetwood Mac album your songs were not even considered for singles. You are destroying your career. It took a bad accident for her to wake up. In Mick's second book and in Billy's book they both glossed over and never mentioned the tranquilizer addiction. Rick was asked point blank in an online interview about it and he refused to answer. I suppose it was the elephant in the room in those days.

Lindsey looks very handsome. Not that he's ever really had a problem in that department.

Most of them look great. Stevie looks like a parody of herself.
